It's Official
It's official. My therapist thinks having this journal is a good idea. She hasn't read it though. Not sure what she'd think if she did. I will probably tell her how to find it. Not sure when that will happen. In the meantime I'm happily anonymous here on diaryland.

And speaking of anonymous, anenigma just posted again and I can't read it. Arrgghhh... I miss her.

Christmas came last night!. The wife and I finally finished exchanging gifts. I got an iPod!!! Yay!!! It's shiny and fun, and it plays all my music... kewl!

I also got a new cookbook and an instant-read meat thermometer. I'm really happy about those too. I love to cook.

I subscribe to Cook's Illustrated magazine. It's great, but their Best recipes are usually chock-a-block full of butter, cream or some such other calorie laden delicious ingredients. The new cookbook is from Cooking Light magazine, so I hope to be able to cook with a few less calories. My waistline would sure appreciate that.

So would my yoga master. She says that the tightness I have in my lower back is due to too much sugar. Alas, it's back to Sugarbusters.

Work is boring again today. Although that has allowed me to learn how to properly use the iPod... and post here.

After work it's get ready for the Family Christmas Party time. The wife is dreading this more than I am. Maybe if I can thump her over the head tonight before 9:00 and carry her off to beddy-bye land so she can get some sleep she'll stop stressing quite so much. (snort...)
